Other "Manual Providers" sell manuals and leave you to meet with the FAA on your own.

Unless the operator/applicant is able to insure the accuracy of all application documentation prior to
submission, the FAA may reject initially the application. Most common errors and omissions
        by Manual Providers are:

            1. Failure to provide proper technical documentation for original installations and re-certification tests.

                                                  2. Failure to include supportive crew & operator documentation with the application.

                                                  3. Failure to submit applications to the operators correct principle FAA Office.

                                                  4. Failure to provide current procedures in the SAO Manual.

Rejected applications are often placed in the back of the line when resubmitted, due FAA man-power shortages.
